From the removal of partition and redecoration through to HVAC and Fire Detection commissioning, we offer the turn-key hassle-free solution.

BMS Systems

Working with Trend, Siemens, Cylon and others, we are able to re-adapt BMS controls and the associated software to work with a new environment. Be it reinstating to as-fit or customisation of a new space, we can ensure an interruption-free transition.

HVAC Revalidation

On return to as-fit or new fit-out, we are able to combine our mechanical team with our validation engineers to ensure that HVAC is fully recommissioned to meet the new environment. Revalidation is key in this process.

M&E Recommissioning

From heating plant through to Fire Detection CCTV and door access, we are able to fully recommission a building's M&E setup. Providing specialist engineering to each individual element, we can offer a full turnkey solution.

Fabric Maintenance

Aside from M&E and Facilities, we have a strong team of fabric engineers carrying out full refit projects to the design specifications and working tightly to timelines. We can also incorporate customisation of existing spaces that comply with CDM regulations.
